Technical Integration Specialist

About The Role
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data integration, ETL processes, and cloud platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across systems and applications to support business operations and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using MDM platforms and Integrate them to Cloud Data Storages or downstream applications
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows, mappings, and scripts.
- Implement data storage solutions using Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage, and other Azure services.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all integration processes.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to meet business requirements.
- Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Handle technical implementation issues and risks, monitoring progress effectively.
- Lead with problem resolution and risk mitigation, escalating issues as necessary.
- Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide clients with technical integration assistance and training on all platform features.
- Define requirements by conducting discovery sessions, scope reviews, and process analyses.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration processes, workflows, and mappings.
- Document technical specifications and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration and ETL development in MDM Platforms like Reltio/Informatica
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure data services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Lake Storage.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud solutions.
- Technical expertise in SQL.
- Flexibility and commitment necessary to thrive in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong focus on client needs with a deep sense of empathy for the process.
- An independent mindset requiring minimal supervision to complete tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and strong decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Informatica Certified Professional (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (Preferred)
