About The Role
You will have a strong background in data modeling, data flow design, and database architecture, as well as extensive experience with data integration, governance, and optimization. As an MDM Architect, you will collaborate closely with clients and key stakeholders to ensure data integrity and security, provide recommendations on database technologies, and lead initiatives to enhance data infrastructure that meets the clients requirements. Your role will be critical in enabling efficient data management practices and supporting our clients’ mission-critical operations.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop comprehensive data models, data flow, interfaces, and infrastructure to meet clients’ information requirements in MDM platforms like Informatica and Reltio.
- Implement overarching data strategies that align with clients’ organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and integrate data sources, both internal and external, in alignment with clients’ overall data strategies.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain clients’ data infrastructure to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Evaluate and determine database structural necessities through analysis of clients’ operations, applications, and programming needs.
- Prepare detailed database design and architecture reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Advise senior leadership and clients on critical data management issues and best practices.
- Collaborate with relevant personnel to address data security requirements, ensuring technical solutions uphold data integrity and security standards.
- Provide recommendations on new database technologies and innovative architectures to clients.
- Work with systems analysts, engineers, and system owners to design applications that enhance data management capabilities for clients.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Science Degree in IT, data management, or a related field
- 7-12 years of experience in IT, aligned with Data Modelling, Technical Implementations
- Expertise in Master Data Platforms like Reltio and Informatica
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to lead, work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting systems problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT or a related field
- Certified Data Professional (CDP)
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
- Reltio Solution Architect Certification
- Informatica Certifications
